Home Inspection
This is a visual inspection of the House. This will include crawling into the darkest corners of the crawl space to inspecting for roof leaks.
After the inspection the client will have a report that will more or less be a report card on the condition of the house with conditions noted.
Pre listing Home inspections
This is a Home Inspection for the seller! This report can be used to help the seller identify some problems that need to be corrected or to reinforce the superior selling points of your home.
Year End Warranty Inspections
This is a walk thru with the owner in order to document issues that need to be addressed by the builder at the end of the home warranty time limit.
KPDES Storm Water Permitting and Inspections
Construction sites with a disturbed area of one acre or more are subject to state and federal storm water regulations. This includes the Submittal of a NOI form, develop and update a BMP plan and weekly inspections. This is a regulation that must be done prior to acquiring a building permit per EPA regulations at Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Indoor air Quality Testing
Hydrothermal: Relative Humidity/Temperature.
Aerobiology :Fungal elements, insect biodetritus,fiberglass, pollen,dust and skin cell fragments.
Formaldehyde:Paneling, plywood, textiles, disinfectants, tobacco, smoke, furnishings and carpet.
Allergen:Dust mite (Der p 1, Der f 1 Group 2), Cat (Fel d 1), Cockroach (Bla g 2).
Precipitated Particulate: Fungal elements, insect biodetritus, fiberglass, pollen, dust and skin cell fragments.
