    Prices are based on 50 miles from Owensboro Ky. and the number of square feet under roof including un-finished basements.This price does not include detached buildings, pools, spas, septic systems, soil testing for environmental issues, permit research, code compliance and playground equipment.
    All inspections are executed with strict compliance with  Kentucky Home Inspector licensing laws.
 
Under 1200 Square feet          $185.00
1201 to 2100 Square Feet       $220.00
2101 to 5000 Sf.                    $550.00 


PRE-LISTING INSPECTION
